We often get asked whether we provide certificates with our beads. Certificates first of all can be created by anyone. There are various places that create fake ones including the xray. If there is a rare Rudraksha bead at a cheap price with a certificate then its more likely to be a fake.
So the solution is to find a reliable source and study the photograph of the bead carefully before purchasing. Try to communicate and get an idea whether the seller sounds genuine or not and ask whether there is a refund policy if the bead happened to be fake,
Study the top of the bead on photograph as often on fakes there is heavy denture glue placed there to hold the bead together. If the lines look to “perfect” then ask to get more photographs.
